(A) Manufacturing requires approximately 5 business days from receipt of order. Your sign will then be shipped via ground service which takes approximately 8-10 days (North American ship to locations).

(A) Yes shipping is included within Continental North America excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Newfoundland.

(Q) What type of care and maintenance does the illuminated address sign require?
(A) Maintenance of the address sign is very simple. Dampen a soft cotton cloth ( do not use paper based material as it may scratch the surface) with a window type cleaner and gently wipe the front surface.
(Q) Do I need to assemble the sign?
(A) All address signs come preassembled. Mounting is required.
(Q) How do I mount / hang the address sign?
(A) A detailed instruction sheet has been provided in the packaging. It is available for download here. On average, it takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour to mount the sign and requires basic hand tools.
(Q) Are there professional installation services available?
(A) If you do not wish to install the sign yourself, we recommend that you contact a licensed Electrician who will be able to take care of that for you.
(Q) I’ve installed the address sign but the sign does not illuminate?
(A) Check to ensure that the barrel connection between the sign and the power adapter are securely seated together. Check to see if there is power coming from the electrical outlet being used (plug in a device you know works and check to see if that unit powers on).
(Q) How long is the length of the cord that come with my sign?
(A) The cord supplied with the LED illuminated address sign is 18' in length. Addition cord length can be purchased through http://www.cordsplus.com/pages/2.5mm_extension.html. Part number is "801" and is available in lengths of 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, and 48 feet.
(Q) Where is a good place to mount my address sign?
(A) For those that have a garage attached to the front of the house, we've had past clients mount their signs above the garage door and run the cord into to the garage as there usually is an electrical outlet readily available which powers the garage door opener.
